Recent Projects

I wanted to pop on here and share a few of the things I've worked on since I last posted.

My classroom theme ended up being owls somehow.  It started with a small side project and it exploded all over my room :)

This Box Tops holder was my first project with owls and it's been my favorite.  I used Hoot n' Holler for all these projects.

These book bins have come in handy in my classroom as well.  This first one is a book hospital.  When my students find a book that is in need of repair, they put it in here instead of running to me to fix it at that moment.

I also needed a bin where I could put the books I'm planning on reading within the week.  This keeps the books from being misplaced and I can find them the moment I need them.  I can't tell you how many times I've been running around the classroom looking for books!

I even made an objectives board with my Cricut!  These objectives are what we are focussing on learning for the day or week.

I found this compliment jar idea on Pinterest.  I cut the jar from "From My Kitchen" and the stars were from "Create a Critter."  Any time my class earns a compliment from someone for being quiet, or walking in line nicely etc... they earn a star.  I had to add some cuteness with these PKS faces.  They are from the Princess Assortment.

I needed some table number signs for my classroom and decided to use my Rosette Die from SU! This was perfect!  So easy and they add so much to my room.

Well, that's it for my classroom, I think...I will be back with some pictures of some baby shower invites I made for my BFF.

Thanks for visiting and see you soon!

  1. Your owl theme is perfect! I like your book hospital basket...I may need to adopt that idea. I have some books in my class that need repair too.

Hope you will stop by when you get a chance!
