Happy Birthday

My brother's birthday was this past week and I made him a card.  The original idea was to put a game controller in his hand, but it was too small and it wouldn't cut out cleanly.  So I decided to put a birthday hat on him instead.
I am really loving the Create a Friend cartridge!  You can find a cute boy or girl cut without a problem on this cart!  The card base is from Elegant Edges.

This card measures about 5.5"X5.5."  The face I used is from the Boy Mates Assortment from PKS.  The papers I used are from SU! and Recollections.

My brother really liked it, even without the game controller :)
By the way, did you hear that Krafty Girls is back for this summer?  If you have any paper craft where a face is used, you can link up!  Make sure you stop by and check out the current challenge and meet the DT.
Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Maribel, I love this card. You have a talent for making simple and clean, beautiful. (or handsome in this case) I have both of these cartridges, and I am thinking I may need to pull them out :)
