Birthday Sundaes Challenge #43

Time for another Birthday Sundaes challenge!  

The challenge is to create a birthday card using this photo as inspiration, you also need to use a heart somewhere on your card.

Here is my card.  I used Something To Celebrate for the whole thing.

I welded the word bubble to the cupcake card base.  I love that this cart includes a bunch of card bases! The sentiment is from My Pink Stamper.

    Hee hee! This is so cute! I love that cupcake's eyes - they remind me of google eyes, and THOSE crack me up every time. Such a creative idea to weld the speech bubble on - you're so fabulous. :)
