You Make Me Smile!

I saw that Peachy Keen was having a linking party and it's anything goes!! I love anything goes challenges.

Here is my card:

I have been wanting to use this image for a long while.  It's from Simply Charmed.


This sentiment is from My Creative Time.  It went perfectly with this face!


The face is from PKS Wide Eyed Kids Assortment. How cute is this face??
