This little turtle needed some help reaching the candle so he could make his wish:)
I added some twine to his birthday hat and the cake.
I added pop dots to the cake and the turtles. I double popped the turtles to make them stand out from the cake. You can see it here:
To finish it off I stitched around the card, dry embossed the Crumb Cake card stock with a polka dot folder and heat embossed the sentiment.

Sentimentals: Card base welded with my Gypsy, same shape used to cut out the green and brown layers.
